s... more The thesis analyzes the EU-US LNG trade, particularly in the context of the EU’s energy policy shift after the 2022 Ukraine crisis. Mixed methods are used to examine three aspects: EU energy diplomacy, US energy policy, and market dynamics. Furthermore, findings are merged with the theoretical frameworks of the 4-A’s of energy security and Interdependence to assess the role of US LNG in the EU energy security. Findings show varied impacts across different dimensions of energy security.
