This study purposed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on service quality in ... more This study purposed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on service quality in Mappakasunggu District office of Takalar Regency. This study used descriptive research by using quantitative methods and approaches that described work motivation towards service quality in the District Office of Mappakasunggu, Takalar Regency, as many as 77 people. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The statistical analysis of the coffisien model table, explaining the magnitude of the correlation or relationship (R) value of 0.590. The influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the dependent variable of service quality (Y) shown by the standard coffisien of 0.5 or 59% based on these results it could be said that the influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the variable the dependent quality of service (Y) in the Mappakasunggu District Office of Takalar Regency was 0.5, or 59%.

Moreover, it is also directed to provive opportunity for lecturer to participate an integrated English Language training which is designed and oriented toward TOEFL mastery program with prescribed 450 minimum score. The activity lasted from 4th of August 2016 for more than two weeks. The required amount of time is related to time allocation provided by university in considering that this training is expected not to interfere university activities. The participants are as much as 15 lecturers from various faculties in University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

An automated DNA sequencer utilizing high sensitivity infrared (IR) fluorescence technology toget... more An automated DNA sequencer utilizing high sensitivity infrared (IR) fluorescence technology together with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) methodology was used to detect several sex differentiating loci on the X and Y chromosomes from various samples often encountered in forensic case work. Amplifications of the X-Y homologous amelogenin gene, the alpha-satellite (alphoid) repeat sequences and the X and Y chromosome zinc finger protein genes ZFX and ZFY (ZFX/ZFY) were performed. DNA extracted from various forensic specimens was amplified using either Taq, Tth or ThermoSequenase. Multiplexing using primers for all three loci in one reaction tube was achieved using Tth and ThermoSequenase. Two IR labeling strategies for detection of PCR products were utilized. In the first strategy, one of the PCR primers contained a 19-base extension at its 5' end identical to an IR-labeled universal M13 Forward (-29) primer which was included in the amplification reactions. During PCR the tailed primer generates sequence complementary to the M13 primer which subsequently primes the initial amplification products, thereby generating IR-labeled PCR products. In the second strategy, dATP labeled with an IR dye (IR-dATP) was included in the amplification reaction. During amplification IR-dATP was utilized by the polymerase and incorporated into the synthesized DNA, thus resulting in IR-labeled PCR products. X and Y specific bands were readily detected using both labeling methodologies. Amplified products were electrophoretically resolved using denaturing Long-Ranger gels and detected with an automated detection system using IR laser irradiation. A separation distance of 15 cm allowed run times of less than 2 h from sample loading to detection. Because the gels could be run more than once, at least 120 samples (2 loads x 60 samples/load) can be typed using a single gel.

Results indicate that elevated levels of copper and zinc in tissues were found with respect to increase arsenic concentration. Pathological changes were observed in liver, kidney and brain.

The all-optical A/S unit with a set of all-optical full-adders and optical exclusive-ORs (XORs), can be used to perform a fast central processor unit using optical hardware components. We try to exploit the advantages of TOAD-based optical switch to design an integrated all-optical circuit which can perform binary addition and subtraction. With computer simulation results confirming the described methods, conclusions are given.
