In most organizations, it is common to hear the refrain that a particular employee is not motivated and hence his or her performance has taken a backseat. This is the cause organizations spend great amounts of money in arranging for training sessions and recreational events to motivate the employees. Motivation can be understood as the desire or drive that an individual has to get the work done. For instance, when faced with a job, it is the motivation to accomplish it that determines whether a particular individual would complete and finish the job according to the requirements or not. Moreover, the absence of motivation guides to under performance and loss of competitiveness resulting in loss of productive resources for the organization. It is for this reason that the human resources managers stress on the workers and employees having high levels of motivation to get the job done. In this paper, we tried to explain the most important early and modern motivation theories and their contribution to studying the concept and importance of motivation for human resources. After that, we talked about some types of motivation and some of the basic factors of the designing process motivating work environment ,then we explained two very useful tools to motivate its workforce: a job design incorporating empowerment, and a bounty system that aligns firm performance with worker bounties.

This research is a type of qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research is carried out by looking at indicators that support the level and quality of work competence and capability in tutors performance collected through the method of triangulation or looking for differences and new definitions of some references. Quantitative research was conducted to test whether there was an effect on tutors performance through the amount of financial compensation as a mediator conducted at Excellent Course, Kampung Inggris Pare. Using respondents of 100 tutors by collecting research questionnaires to test the magnitude of the effect on quantitative data. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderation regression analysis. The results showed a difference in general definition and function of competence and capability and simultaneously had a significant effect on tutors performance. On the other hand competence does not affect tutors performance before or after being strengthened by financial compensation partially and financial compensation can partially strengthen capability in influencing tutors performance after or before being moderated.
The work was designed to formulate and evaluate the quinapril Hcl Sustained release tablets which... more The work was designed to formulate and evaluate the quinapril Hcl Sustained release tablets which is used for management of Anti hypertensive diseases. Tablets were prepared by wet granulation method with different concentration of HPMCK4, HPMCK100 and guar gum as retard polymer to release the drug for prolonged time. The evaluated studies revealed that weight variation, hardness, friability and drug content test were within pharmacopeial limit. The drug release from formulations F1-F3 was almost 97-99% by 8hrs, F4-F6 was released 98-99% within 10hrs, F7-F9 released 99% of drug by the end of 12hrs.F8 was found to be optimized which released 96.03% of drug over 12hrs and follows zero order kinetics. The drug release was independent of concentration followed higuchi mechanism. INTRODUCTION Sustained release 1,2 tablets allowing a twofold or greater reduction in frequency of administration of a drug in comparison with the frequency required by a conventional dosage form. It is designed to maintain constant levels of a drug in the patient's bloodstream by releasing the drug over an extended period. Maintaining constant blood levels of the drug in the bloodstream increases the therapeutic effectiveness of the drug. 3 Hypertension 4 , is a chronic medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is elevated. This requires the heart to work harder than normal to circulate blood through the blood vessels. Quinapril HCl 5 is anti-hypertensive drug used to treat essential hypertension and congestive heart failure. It is a prodrug that belongs to the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor class of medications. It is metabolized to quinaprilat (quinapril diacid) following oral administration. Quinapril is a competitive inhibitor of ACE, the enzyme responsible for the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II. ATII regulates blood pressure and is a key component of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) Quinapril hydrochloride may be used to treat essential hypertension and congestive heart failure.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-efficacy and Positive Thinking on final year, assuming that the higher Self-efficacy will produce positive thinking, whereas the lower the Self-Efficacy will produce negative thinking. This research used a quantitative design. Sampling technique in this study by using random sampling techniques by spreading the scale of Self-efficacy and Positive Thinking scale. Based on the analysis, the research results indicated that there is a relationship between Self-efficacy and Positive Thinking. The result of ths study showes that the lower the way of positive thinking, the lower the self-efficacy is declared acceptable.

For this purpose, game refinement theory, a unique theory that has been used as a reliable tool for measuring the attractiveness and sophistication of the games considered, is used as an essential tool for evaluating the enjoyment of Pokemon game. We propose a new model of game refinement theory called experience-based model and apply it to Pokemon Red, Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Soul Silver version. By analyzing many data, we conclude that the result supports the previous assumption which said that the balanced window of game refinement value is around 0.07-0.08.

The recent religious awakening of Muslims and their realization of the importance of compliance with Shari’ah laws in business dealings have enabled them to achieve their economic and wellbeing goals. This conceptual paper proposed a business, which is providing IT products and services throughout Malaysia. This concept has potential to become the biggest solution provider in the country as IT products and smart devices are needed today. Literature reviews, nine (9) blocks of Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Proposition Design (VPD), and Environmental Map framework are used methodology for this paper. As the extent, this concept also serves the customers with cheaper price compared to other competitors but high quality product and have warranty for each items.

The zooplankton of the Comoé River in Comoé National Park (Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa) was studie... more The zooplankton of the Comoé River in Comoé National Park (Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa) was studied for the first time. Composition and distribution of zooplankton species were recorded at thirteen sampling stations. A total of 20 taxa belonging to 13 genera, 11 families and 4 taxonomic groups (Copepoda, Cladocera, Rotifera and other) were identified. Cladocera and Rotifera, with 40% and 35% respectively of taxonomic richness, dominate qualitatively the zooplankton community with eight and seven species. Daphnidae and Brachionidae constitute the most diverse families (3 species each), following by Cyclopidae, Chydoridae and Trichocercidae (2 species each). Copepoda was the most abundant group (58% of the total number of specimens). Four taxa dominated quantitatively zooplankton community [Thermocyclops decipiens (33%), Asplanchna brightwelli (20%), Moina micrua (12%) and copepod nauplii (21%)] and accounted for 86% of total zooplankton abundance. Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) used to test relationships between environmental factors and zooplankton species showed that dissolved oxygen concentration, transparency, flow velocity and trophic level (considered through nitrate concentration) appeared as the main environmental factors controlling zooplankton composition, distribution and structure in the Comoé River (Comoé National Park).

There are 400 primary schools in Eastgodavari District, retrieved from the http//www.mabadi.com. Out of 400. 39 primary schools i.e. 10% were selected randomly by the lottery method. Regarding the sample of teachers, on an average thirteen (13) primary school teacher participants were selected randomly from each of the 39 selected primary schools. On the whole, the tools were administered to 530 primary schools teachers. Despite careful supervision, it was found that 38 tools were answered partially and hence only 492 questionnaires which were perfectly alright could be considered for the analysis.

Concrete cubes of 150 X 150 X 150 mm were primed and cured under steam curing for 24 hours. Concrete cylinders of size 150 X 150 X 300mm and Concrete beams of size of 100 X100 X500 mm were also steam cured at 60°C. The silica fume was varied in fraction and outcome were compared with ordinary Geo-polymer concrete. And the respective strength get achieved.

Image fusion is a process in which two or more images from same or different image sensors are combined and fused together in order to obtain a new image that contains more information and has more positive image description to the same scene. In this paper, two different image fusion techniques (laplacian pyramid image fusion and wavelet transform image fusion) are implemented and performance of the fused images are evaluated and compared. We define a set of measures of effectiveness for comparative performance analysis and then used on proposed algorithms that has been applied on different sets of images.

The main concern of consumers is the quality and reliability of power supplies at various load centers where they are located at .Even though the power generation in most well developed countries is fairly reliable. The controller can balance individual dc capacitor voltages when H-bridges run with different switching patterns and have parameter variations. It has two advantages: 1) the controller can work well in all operation modes (the capacitive mode, the inductive mode, and the standby mode) and 2) the impact of the individual dc voltage controller on the voltage quality is small. This paper suggests further improvements in this topology. A three-phase cascaded H-bridge inverter his control method uses a discrete-time model of the system to predict the future value of the current for all voltage vectors, and selects the vector which minimizes a cost function. In order to improve the performance, a phase-shifted carrier based pulse width modulation technique is used. A mathematical model of the system is derived, based on which a controller for the scheme is designed. The effectiveness of the scheme is verified through detailed simulation study using Matlab/Simulink.

In this paper a distictive method of communication is used. It is transmitting data over Voice. For example a cell phone user might be deprived of internet and needs to transmit data ,or recieve data but only phone calls can be made. In this method the data is transmitted over the phone call. Basically the carrier would be the voice traffic between the caller and the calling agent. The method used for transmission of data used would be Dual Tone Modulated Frequency. The transmitted data can be retrieved either by a Software Application installed on the phone or either by connecting external hardware to the phone. For instance there are many villages which do not have internet access and this is a useful method that can be helpful in transmitting data.The external hardware decoding circuit will be connected to the phone’s audio jack. Advantage is that any phone can be used for this. And also there are some places where there are is not internet access this method not only fosters communication but also can be useful in transmitting photos and music over voice, One major application would be in providing authentication for a particular user.(the user will have to call a certain number and the auth code will be sent via the phone to unlock a particular feature.

On the other hand, there are negative and significant relationships between the demand for imports and the relative price of imports to domestic price and government consumption in the long run, but negative and insignificant relationships in the short run.
