• Worked with the Indianapolis Metropolitan School District of Decatur Township to advise their paradigm change process and to conduct research on that change process, 2001-2011.
• Advised the KnowledgeWorks Foundation on how to help Ohio school districts engage in systemic transformation to the learner-centered, competency-based paradigm of education, 2009.
• Served on a National Blue Ribbon Panel on the use of technology in education for the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory (NCREL) in Naperville, IL, 2001, 2002.
• Consulted and presented seminars for corporations, higher education institutions, and other agencies.
• Developed five learner-centered educational software programs.
