Pulse oximetry is essential in sleep medicine, but overreliance on SpO₂ or desaturation metrics alone may not fully characterize sleep-disordered breathing severity, especially given known skin-tone-related accuracy concerns. Read insights from a recent editorial reviewing the evidence. #sleepdisorderedbreathing #pulseoximetry

At Nox, sales and customer support means more than service. It means partnership. We’re proud to see our own Ron Fossceco and Charity Schneider recognized for the consultative support, care, and commitment they bring to customers every day. Helping sleep labs succeed is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful to be part of Golden Gate Sleep Centers’ journey. #Sleep2026 #SleepMedicine
At the Sleep 2026 meeting in Baltimore, I found myself reflecting on a lesson that becomes more apparent with every passing year: No one builds anything meaningful alone. As we continue to grow Golden Gate Sleep Centers, I am constantly reminded that every person who joins the journey leaves a fingerprint on the outcome. Some people open doors. Some solve problems. Some believe in you before anyone else does. Ron was one of the very first people who believed in me and in what we were trying to build. That kind of support changes the trajectory of a dream. And Charity continues to be an incredible partner today, helping manage our relationship with Nox and ensuring that our sleep labs have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional patient care. What both Ron and Charity have in common is something I deeply admire: they are true hustlers. They show up. They solve problems. They work hard. They care. And they understand that success is built through relationships, trust, and consistency over time. As the saying goes, a rising tide lifts all boats. I prefer to think of it this way: all ships rise together when good people are committed to helping one another succeed. Thank you, Ron and Charity, for being part of our story. Your impact reaches far beyond what most people will ever see. #Sleep2026 #SleepMedicine #Leadership #Gratitude #HealthcareLeadership #Teamwork #Partnership #SleepHealth #HealthcareInnovation #WomenInMedicine #MedicalLeadership #BusinessGrowth #SleepLab #NoxMedical #RisingTide #AllShipsRiseTogether #Thankful #SuccessIsShared
