A small gesture, a meaningful connection 💌   At our global HQ in #Milan, we celebrated the issuance of the #Amplifon stamp with a special initiative dedicated to our #colleagues.   They had the opportunity to write and send a #postcard to someone they hadn’t heard from in a while or to share a simple message, a thought or a moment of appreciation with a special person. 💭   Around 200 postcards were filled with words, memories and emotions turning a little gesture into a way to reconnect and remind others that every message matters.   Because at Amplifon, we believe that #hearing is not only about #sound: it’s about staying close, sharing stories and strengthening the bonds that connect us. ✨   #LifeAtAmplifon

A morning of insights and new perspectives✨ Another inspiring edition of the #InternsBreakfast took place at our global HQ in #Milan, bringing together our interns for a moment of #connection and #learning. This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming Francesco Cuccarolo and Leonardo Zanuttini from our #Sustainability Team, who shared an overview of their roles, the team’s mission and how they help drive a more responsible #future for #Amplifon. Initiatives like this are a great opportunity to discover different areas of our business and industry, and exchange ideas from day one. What happens when our people turn #purpose into action? 🤲🏻 Some of our #AmplifonAustralia colleagues volunteered their time to accompany residents from the aged care facilties Arcadia Aged Care and Parkdale Aged Care, in #Melbourne, on a special visit to Museums Victoria, exploring the fascinating worlds of the Roman Empire and dinosaurs together. 🏛️ Beyond discovering history room by room, the day was about something even more meaningful: sharing #time, #curiosity, and moments of genuine #connection. Through this and many other Fondazione Amplifon’s volunteering initiatives, our #people have the opportunity to give back to the #communities where we live and work, helping improve quality of life, fostering #socialinclusion, and creating a positive #impact beyond the workplace.
