Camera-based systems or wearable drowning detection devices? The better question is: which solution is right for your facility? Every technology has strengths, limitations and ideal use cases. Choosing the right one starts with understanding your operational needs, not following trends. Our latest article explores what aquatic operators should really compare before making that decision. We're incredibly proud to share that SET - Specialised Engineering Technologies PTY LTD has been nominated for Supplier of the Year at the 2026 Aquatic and Recreation Institute (ARI NSW) Awards of Excellence. 🏆 What makes this nomination even more special is that we've only been actively supporting the aquatic industry for the past 12 months. Some gatherings help move an entire sector forward. Last week in Jesolo, institutions, technical experts and industry leaders came together to discuss how technology, standards and awareness can raise the level of aquatic safety across public and private facilities. Representing AngelEye at the conference, our Co Founder and Sales Director Riccardo Casadei, together with Paolo Nicolini, shared insights on the evolving role of AI powered drowning detection systems in improving aquatic safety standards. Thank you to the Comune di Jesolo and to all speakers for creating such an important moment of exchange for the future of pool safety.
