Job Description

We are looking for a Materials & Corrosion Engineer to join our engineering team in Europe. The role focuses on material selection, corrosion assessment, and ensuring material integrity for industrial equipment and engineering applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Corrosion Engineering, or related disciplines, with professional experience gained in European industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material selection for equipment, components, and engineering applications.
• Evaluate technical and economical material solutions based on operating conditions and project requirements.
• Ensure material selection and integrity compliance with international standards, company specifications, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct corrosion risk assessments and recommend suitable corrosion prevention and mitigation measures.
• Support material integrity activities, including degradation assessment and failure analysis.
• Provide technical support for review and resolution of material-related non-conformities.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and project teams for effective materials and corrosion management.
