On 10 July ラージンガー マルセル promoted as the GIN GO AUSTRIA ambassador in Japan the #GOAUSTRIA program to an interested business audience at KOIN(Kyoto Open Innovation Network), Kyoto Keizai Center. GO AUSTRIA takes place every year in spring and invites mature Start-Ups/Scale-Ups from Japan who are seeking to expand with their product/service into the European market. The selected startups benefit from the vast contact and expert network of the Global Incubator Network Austria (GIN) and will experience a week of - intense networking - mentoring - pitching during one of Europe's largest startup festival Vienna'UP which gathers VCs, startups, incubators and accelerators in the heart of Europe. Selected Start-Ups get all the expenses(accomodation, flight ticket, transportation cost) funded by GIN. Thanks to the event organiser Austrian Business Agency , ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Tokyo and 一般社団法人 京都知恵産業創造の森 the event was full of interesting information and insights about #Austria. First, 伊原 順子 gave an informative overview of the Austrian geography, economy, life and labour market, followed by 3 interesting speakers from Japanese companies who have invested in Austria: - シスメックス株式会社: Based in Kobe, Japan, Sysmex Corporation is a global leader in clinical laboratory automation and diagnostics, specializing in advanced hematology testing systems that analyze blood and other bodily fluids. - OJI HOLDINGS CORPORATION: Oji Holdings Corporation is a foundational Japanese conglomerate and one of the largest pulp and paper manufacturers in the world. - Godot Inc. | Godot GmbH: Godot Inc. is a Japanese startup combining behavioral economics with machine learning. They specialize in personalizing communication to encourage positive lifestyle habits and routine health screenings.
