One month into his role as Group Managing Director, Robert Reiter has been connecting with employees, customers and leaders across Toll’s operations throughout Australia. From Melbourne, Sydney and Darwin to Perth, Port Hedland and Karratha, the focus has been on listening, learning and engaging directly with the people who keep our business moving. These visits have provided valuable insights into local priorities, strengthened customer relationships and reinforced the important role Toll plays in supporting customers, communities and supply chains across the country.   In an action-packed month we have seen Toll’s Global Town Hall, organizational changes to increase speed, accountability and collaboration, and intensive work with the leadership team to shape the Group’s priorities and opportunities for the future. The objective is clear – build on Toll’s strengths, lift performance and position the Group for long-term success.   Reflecting on his first month, Robert shared: "What stands out most to me is the quality of our people and the diversity of our business. Across every site and operation I have visited, I have seen talented teams, deep expertise, resilience and a genuine commitment to delivering for our customers. These strengths give us a tremendous platform for the future.   We have much to be proud of, but we also have significant opportunities ahead of us. By working together, challenging ourselves to think differently and maintaining a relentless focus on our customers and performance, we can achieve far more than we think possible. We’ve got what it takes to move 209 tonnes of massive and critical energy infrastructure.   Our Toll Global Forwarding South Africa Projects team recently completed the transportation of a 209MT transformer along with 41 cases of accessories from Richards Bay to Bethal, South Africa.   This complex operation required specialised and meticulous expertise across forwarding support, including: - Coordinated discharge and loading: Accessory crates were loaded according to strict configurations and transport plans. - Trailer positioning: Continuous shuffling ensured each crate was received correctly while maintaining efficiency and safety. - Transformer handling: The team ensured the centre of gravity was aligned perfectly for the inland journey. One of the standout moments was the precise placement of the transformer onto the trailer, a critical step that showcased the team’s expertise and attention to detail.   At Toll, we are experts in complex project moves, combining operational experience, safety and end-to-end coordination to deliver our customer's cargo safely.   Congratulations to the team on this project!    Frank Young Allison de Hooge

As monsoon conditions intensify across the Indian Subcontinent and parts of Southeast Asia, protecting cargo from moisture damage is more important than ever. Increased rainfall can lead to water ingress, damaged goods, and operational delays if shipments are not properly prepared.   We're encouraging customers to take a few simple but important steps to protect their shipments, including:   - Waterproof packaging - Shrink-wrapping exposed cargo - Using pallets to keep freight off the ground - Applying additional protection for moisture-sensitive goods.   These measures can help minimise risk and keep supply chains moving during the wet season. Even vessels built for global exploration need a dependable base ashore.   OceanXplorer - a returning research and survey vessel dedicated to ocean exploration and conservation, recently stopped at our Toll Offshore Petroleum Services (TOPS) facility to prepare for her next expedition.   Our team supported her stay with freshwater replenishment, ship supply loading, and critical maintenance activities, including a successful crane load test. The vessel's submarine was also offloaded and relocated to a workshop within TOPS' four-storey Ramp-Up Factory for servicing.   Having supported multiple visits by OceanXplorer, we're proud to provide the infrastructure, expertise and operational support that help keep her mission moving.
