Last week marked our first 𝙃𝙍 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙭 𝙄𝙏 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙮, bringing cross-functional teammates together for connection, collaboration and big-picture thinking. Throughout the day, teammates explored practical ways to use AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, virtual reality and other emerging technologies to make work easier, smarter and more connected across UA. The goal: help teammates spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on the work that moves us forward. To close out the day, the group headed to a Baltimore Orioles game, a reminder that strong partnerships aren’t just built in meetings. Some moments show the impact of a program better than any stat could. We recently welcomed 35 graduating seniors from the 2025-2026 Student Athlete Leadership Council to our Baltimore HQ for the Project Rampart Senior Luncheon. For many of these student-athletes, this moment was years in the making. Since their sophomore and junior years, they have helped shape Project Rampart by opening our Flagship Brand House store, unveiling new uniforms, naming and modeling the No Weigh Backpack, and inspiring the first Rampart Invitational Track Meet. Project Rampart is our commitment to eliminating barriers to access in youth sports across 23 Baltimore City Schools. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with young leaders who have helped shape this work, challenged us to think bigger, and reminded us what impact looks like when it is built through real relationships. Last week, our Value Everyone Through Service (VETS) Teammate Resource Group welcomed recruits from the Baltimore Police Department and Baltimore County Police Department Academies to the UA Stadium for our third annual Strength and Service workout in recognition of Police Week. The morning began with guest speakers and a ceremonial helicopter flyover, creating space to reflect on the lives and legacies of those lost in the line of duty. Our first UnderDog Adoption Day at UA Global Headquarters, hosted in partnership with Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS), was a meaningful (and memorable) day on campus. The event led to 12 adoptions, while bringing teammates and community members together around a shared purpose: supporting animals in need and the Baltimore community. We’re proud to partner with BARCS and support the work they do every day to improve animal welfare across the region. Thank you as well to Checkerspot Brewing Co., Molly's Dog Care, and Good Goods for Dogs for helping create such an engaging experience for our teammates and community members alike. This May, our LEAD (Leading Empowering Asian Development) Teammate Resource Group celebrated APIDA Heritage Month through experiences centered around leadership, wellness, cultural connection, and community across Under Armour. 🌏 LEAD’s signature APIDA Month event, 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘝𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱, invited teammates to better understand their leadership voice and explore how stronger self-awareness can unlock deeper collaboration and impact across teams. Throughout the month, teammates also connected through experiences including a dumpling making class, a wellness experience focused on mental health and workplace well-being, and a KPop-themed spin class, creating space for learning, celebration, and community across our teammate network.
