The sample comprised of 100 students 50 students from urban area and 50 students from rural area. The researcher had used descriptive method for collecting data and applied various statistical technique i.e. mean, standard deviation, 't'-test and correlation for analyzing the data. The result showed that there exist a significant difference between the urban and rural students of their achievement motivation and selfconfidence. The study suggested that increase in achievement motivation scores leads to increase in self-confidence scores and vice-versa. INTRODUCTION Education is an activity or process, which transform the behaviour of a person from instinctive to human behaviour. Man instead of acting impulsively acts rationally. It is the completer development of the individuality of the child so that he can make an original contribution to human life according to the best of his capacity. In the absence of proper motivation and guidance, man is like a boat, which flow with water waves here and there having no destination. With right direction and proper motivation, students can ride the chariots towards their success and achieve their final goals. Education plays an important role in educating and talenting the children according to their talents, personality, confidence and interest. Students set up their motives and struggle hard to attain them. Proper education system cultivates the knowledge skill, positive attitude, sense of purpose and confidence essential for building a dynamic, vibrant and cohesive nation.

Still we are lagging behind somewhat in ICT adoption or integration in teaching-learning rather than the investments in ICT infrastructure, equipments and resources. As the teaching without innovations and technology is meaningless, thus in order to facilitate teaching-learning process adoption of technology is must. And that adoption is possible by enriching the teacher education with latest technology and innovations, strengthening the pre-service and in-service teacher education programs and by the professional development of teacher incorporating technological based-gadgets in educational system. In order to cope up one with the student's need, reformats and up gradation in the professional developments of teacher is necessary. The teachers need to keep themselves upgraded with new ways of teaching. Today is the age of videos and podcasts and children can easily learn through this interactive media and hence teachers of current era need to keep up with the current technology. Most of the schools and universities in India have training program for teachers to upgrade their teaching skills. There is no harm in doing that as one should be open to learning new things. Learning never stops throughout the life, and for teachers to evolve, as a good teacher needs to explore themselves, and try innovative educational measures to teach children. This paper focus on the teacher's adoption towards ICT based gadgets and technology towards professional developments as one of the important aspect. It includes the new technologies, approaches strategies and techniques to be adopted in the classroom for strengthening the professional development of teacher's competencies to meet the global challenges.

Students are considered as a preliminary basic building block for the construction of huge society. Thus, the student's must be expected to develop good moral skills not only for their basic necessities or requirements but to groom themselves as an essential part of country's economic growth and technological advancements. The task of teacher here plays an important role nomatter whether s/he is a mentor, guider, philosopher, educator or an expert, whose responsibility is not just to inculcate appropriate skills in the minds of students but inside and outside the classroom activities also. The expected future scenario is quite different from the present traditional classroom situation. The classroom does not mean confined only to the four walls of a room, but it should inculcate the use of latest tools, devices and gadgets in modern classroom teaching practices. The paradigm shift has been taken place for the transmission of learning to reshape the classroom for global perspectives in order to fulfill the visions of 2020. The paper has the objective to find out the opinion of students towards utilizing future gadgets that can be used for educational purposes. The findings show that a vast majority of students have positively opined towards utilizing the future gadgets in classroom practices. This study will highlight the student's interest towards global competition in terms of their own standpoint in the world.

The impact of technology both individually as well as collectively changed our life significantly. Nomatter whether it is commercial, transportation, banking, political, or educational field technology has done wonders in all ways. With the leaps and bounds in technological field educationists still make efforts towards new achievement and goals especially in the field of teaching-learning worlds also. If we talk about today's classroom conditions, we are still lagging behind in many aspects. We are not upto mark or update. So there is a need of adoption and inclusion of ICT and technology resources to be linked to our curriculum system. The role of teacher is quite important in molding shape of our coming generations and modern society. The teacher should make use of innovative devices and strategies while teaching in the classroom situations. The teaching-learning without innovations and technological based devices is meaningless unless we strengthen our whole educational system in terms of technology-based teacher's professional development through in-service or pre-services trainings, incorporation of latest electronic gadgets and devices in teaching-learning system etc. Thus, this paper focus on the universal design for learning practices for classroom testing and assessment practices, which is designed to minimize errors, adverse consequences, and unintentional actions to assist students in using them safely and efficiently. This paper has directed about the perceptions about the usability of web sites addressing technology which includes the new technologies, approaches, strategies and techniques to be adopted in the classroom for strengthening the potential and competencies of the students. The main objectives of the paper are-(1) To find out the latest techniques, tools and technology based on the classroom assessment and resources. (2) To find out the usability of the websites addressing new technologies and strategies. (3) To make students understand about technological usage for enhancing motivation and feedback thereby reducing errors and mistakes. For this research paper, the researcher consulted various conceptual research frameworks, reviews and trends in studies related to the use of web-sites enhancing technologies, strategies, equipments and resources. The results of the study highlighted major concerns in order to monitor the technology proficiency of the students, one must use multiple methods for presenting the instruction; use multiple assessment formats and tools to support one towards academic progress. Many educational institutions, both public and private, have worked hard to improve students' learning abilities through online and hybrid modes of instruction. The role of teachers, teacher-educators and the experts were very challenging where they have to work for their lesson preparation, task assignments, tutorials and the assignments. In this paper, the effect of online learning resources on the academic achievement of students were taken into consideration. Total of 50 students, 25 each were taken from government and non-government schools to find the impact of online learning resources on their academic performances. The researcher employed experimental method to find the effect of online learning resources on the student's academic achievement. Pre-test and Post-test was performed on the control and the experimental group. The study's findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the experimental group taught using online learning platforms and the control group instructed using traditional methods of instruction.
