Job Description

We are looking for a Security Engineer in Hermosillo or Mexico City region.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Security Operations, Cloud Security, or related cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS cloud environments
• CrowdStrike Falcon or similar EDR platforms
• SIEM tools and log analysis
• IDS/IPS technologies
• Basic understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience supporting incident response and security investigations.
• Understanding of vulnerability management processes.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Bash preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

• Crowdstrike Falcon Complete Certifications (Administrator)
• Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, specifically focusing on DevSecOps automation and shift-left security.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Experience in developing strategic security roadmaps
• Technical Translation: The ability to explain complex technical incidents, risks, and remediation steps to non-technical stakeholders (including the CISO)
