The best events do more than put on a good show. Glasgow 2026 is asking a bigger question: how can a major sporting event leave behind a better way of doing things? In partnership with Zero Waste Scotland, the organisers have committed to using existing venues, reducing waste and designing for long-term community value; the Games are treating legacy as part of the plan, not a promise made after the closing ceremony.
