💡 ‘Van Product naar Proces’ is in feite een verschuiving van controle naar dialoog. De verschuiving van product naar proces binnen het onderwijs is niet nieuw, maar komt in een stroomversnelling terecht door de opkomst van Generatieve AI. In een recente webinar van Drieam deelden Coreline Haasakker- van Leeuwen (Fontys University of Applied Sciences) en Jaap Reijngoud (MBO Utrecht) hun visie op, en ervaringen met deze transformatie. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat we betrouwbaar in kaart brengen wat de student heeft geleerd, in plaats van beoordelen wat een AI heeft gemaakt? Dit zijn de 3 belangrijkste inzichten uit deze sessie: 1️⃣ Vertrouwen als fundament Blind varen op plagiaatscanners werkt niet meer. De focus moet verschuiven van opsporing naar fraudepreventie. Door heldere kaders te scheppen, leren studenten juist hoe ze AI openlijk en verantwoord kunnen inzetten als sparringpartner. 2️⃣ De kracht van de relatie Hoe sterker de band tussen docent en student, hoe kleiner de kans op fraude. Door continu de dialoog aan te gaan ("Wat ben je aan het doen?", "Welke stappen zet je?"), krijgt de docent écht zicht op het authentieke leerproces van de student. 3️⃣ Het portfolio als verzamelplek voor bewijs van leerervaringen Nu een eindproduct met één druk op de knop gegenereerd kan worden, wordt het 'werk van leren' de belangrijkste indicator. 🚀 Portflow integreert nu met GradeWork van Paragin Group! In het mbo en hoger onderwijs is het belangrijk om de beoordelings- en beslisprocedure voor het toekennen van studiepunten en het behalen van examens zorgvuldig en robuust vast te leggen. Dat is waar Portflow en GradeWork elkaar nu vinden: 🟣 Studenten kunnen vanaf nu een momentopname van hun ontwikkelingsportfolio in Portflow direct indienen in GradeWork. 🟣 De beoordelaar kan vervolgens in GradeWork het ingeleverde snapshot binnen de vertrouwde nakijkomgeving openen, waarbij de gebruikelijke beoordelingstools zoals rubrics en formulieren ernaast in beeld blijven. 🗣️ Fontys University of Applied Sciences is als eerste instelling aan de slag gegaan met deze koppeling: “Dankzij de integratie bieden we onze gebruikers op schaal een passende, drempelloze ervaring die door zowel studenten als beoordelaars zeer positief wordt ontvangen.” 🔗 Volgende updates bevatten ook integraties met OnStage, om zo ook externe begeleiders te betrekken bij het beoordelingsproces.
