A great example is our company Holex Flower BV, where a major transformation of the logistics operation has recently been completed. Carried out in phases to allow daily operations to continue, the project included the installation of a second vacuum cooler, the expansion of the transport system with an automated sorting line, the integration of dispatch cold stores, the optimisation of logistics flows and the redesign of the packing department. These improvements help preserve product quality, optimise internal logistics and create a safer, more ergonomic working environment for our colleagues. Together, they represent an important step towards a more efficient and future-ready operation.
