HP Valves was founded as a spin-off in 1981, combining the quality and know-how of Dikkers with modern, flexible production. In June 2005, HP Valves became a subsidiary of Indutrade AB, a European Investment Group. Pushed by strong growth, HP Valves moved to a new facility in 2006 and this factory was extended in 2008. Since then, major investment has taken place in CNC machinery and assembly and testing equipment to support 24/7 production and keep pace with growing demand.

A new milestone achieved. Our Talimarjan II EPC project has successfully obtained the Operational Acceptance Certificate. This completes the expansion of this Power Thermal Plant in Uzbekistan, where our new 1 GW Combined Cycle Units are now in commercial operation. Behind this achievement are thousands of hours of hard work, coordination and dedication from a multidisciplinary team that has once again demonstrated its ability to tackle major challenges and turn them into reality. Last week, I had the opportunity to travel to the United States on behalf of HP Valves for a valuable work visit together with our new Authorized Dealer, Chalmers and Kubeck. During the week, we visited several power plants, including Bridgeport, AlphaGeneration, Stonewall (Potomac), Hummel Station, Patriot, and Astoria Energy. These visits provided the opportunity to meet the teams on site, gain insight into their operational needs, and discuss how HP Valves, together with its Authorized Dealer network, can continue to support customers with reliable solutions, service, and technical expertise. A special thank you to Chadd Criddle and to the account managers of Chalmers and Kubeck for the excellent week, guidance, and collaboration throughout the visits. I truly appreciate the warm welcome and the open discussions at each location. It was a valuable week focused on partnership, customer support, and strengthening our presence in the North American power generation market.
