𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆-𝘂𝗽 & 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗯𝘀 Onlangs mochten we weer iets bijzonders neerzetten: een ijsbad experience voor bijna 100 deelnemers, midden in Amsterdam. We lenen de ijsbaden van Icetubs waardoor we steeds 10 deelnemers tegelijkertijd in een ijsbad verwelkomen. Met elkaar in een ijsbad.... - De spanning vooraf. - De stilte vlak voor de stap. - De ademhaling die het overneemt. - De kou die binnenkomt. - En dan… focus. Een ijsbad is nooit “alleen maar koud”. Het is een training in mentale veerkracht. Dit doe je samen met elkaar in een groot ijsbad. Samen grenzen verkennen zorgt voor iets bijzonders in een groep. Er ontstaat support, aanmoediging en trots. En precies daar zit de kracht waar wij bij Energy Up voor staan: mensen laten ervaren wat er mogelijk is als je durft. Een groot dankjewel aan het team van Icetubs en natuurlijk onze coaches die deze sessie hebben begeleid.
