Two regulatory shifts have quietly created a new talent market in European life sciences. The EMA's draft Annex 22 set the first dedicated framework for AI in GxP environments. The EU AI Act brought high-risk AI systems under legal obligation. Together they've turned AI governance from good practice into a regulatory expectation, and organisations now need people who can deliver it.
