𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝟲𝟬𝟬𝟬 Last week, we welcomed the team from HOMAG Schopfloch for the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of their new UNIPORT6000. With a machining envelope of 12,000 × 2,000 × 1,250 mm (X/Y/Z), this high-performance portal machining centre is designed to machine large workpieces with exceptional precision, accuracy and efficiency. The machine is equipped with a fully integrated grinding infrastructure, enabling complete process integration. This enhances process stability and repeatability while delivering higher product quality and increased production efficiency. With around 1,500 employees, HOMAG Schopfloch develops and manufactures a comprehensive range of woodworking machinery used worldwide for the production of furniture, doors, windows, staircases and flooring. This delivery marks another milestone in a long-standing partnership: • 9th UNISIGN portal machine delivered to HOMAG Schopfloch. • 15th UNISIGN machine supplied to the HOMAG Group. 🚚 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 Nearly 3,000 kilometers across Europe, carrying a new UNIPORT6000 machine on its journey. It's always a special moment when fully loaded trucks leave our facility with a new machine on board. This time, the new gantry CNC machine is on its way to Ford Otosan's manufacturing plant in Eskişehir, central Türkiye. 🔧 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝟮𝟬-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗠𝟲𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Recently, our service engineer Martijn, together with Pim van Dijck of Van Dijck Elektromechanica, completed the first phase of a major service project on a 20-year-old 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗠𝟲𝟬𝟬𝟬 at a customer site in Germany.   𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟭: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 After two decades of continuous production, the machine's electrical system showed the expected signs of long-term wear. Constant movement, vibration, and exposure to industrial environments can gradually affect wiring integrity, increase maintenance requirements, and raise the risk of unplanned downtime. To restore reliability and prepare the machine for many more years of operation, our team carried out a complete electrical rewiring.
