𝗧𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗷𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗽, 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗷 𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻 ⚡ De afgelopen dagen zijn twee nieuwe vermogenstransformatoren geplaatst op ons elektriciteitsstation in Leerdam. Een complexe operatie waarin logistiek, techniek en zorgvuldige voorbereiding samenkwamen. De nieuwe transformatoren vervangen verouderde exemplaren en vergroten bovendien de capaciteit van het station van 40 naar 50 MVA, met ruimte voor 5000 meer huishoudens. Daarmee versterken we de leveringszekerheid en maken we extra ruimte op het stroomnet voor woningen, bedrijven en de energietransitie in de regio. Dit project laat zien wat er achter de schermen nodig is om de inwoners en bedrijven in de regio van een betrouwbaar elektriciteitsnet te voorzien. Van ontwerp en voorbereiding tot uitvoering: dankzij de inzet van vele collega's en partners zoals Van der Vlist Transport Group zetten we weer een belangrijke stap vooruit. 🎥 Benieuwd hoe deze operatie eruitzag? We recently completed the transport of three trains, each consisting of 10 wagons, for our valued client CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles). The project demonstrates the strength of our multimodal capabilities and our ability to coordinate complex logistics chains from start to finish. On July 1, Van der Vlist and Stedin signed a cooperation agreement under which we will now manage the entire logistics process for power transformers. From planning and route surveys to transportation, installation, removal, and coordination of dismantling and assembly activities. This partnership aligns perfectly with our ambition to fully support our clients as a supply chain partner. The first project under the agreement has already been successfully carried out. Mufasa has reached an important milestone. Yesterday, the final megapack battery was installed on-site, bringing the project to its full capacity of 1,457 Mwh! Facilities like this will form the foundation of a smarter energy system, capable of harnessing renewable energy to its fullest potential and exactly when it's needed. Our mission is to make sites like Mufasa common across Europe, accelerating an energy transition that works for everyone.
