This company is approaching AI compliance a little differently.

Rather than producing another dashboard or static compliance report, they are developing infrastructure that turns regulatory and organisational requirements into policies that can be technically enforced while AI agents are running.

They’re looking for a Regulatory / Compliance Specialist who can connect evolving legislation with the realities of enterprise technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Translating EU AI Act requirements into practical runtime policies
• Working with enterprise customers and partners to define and refine policies
• Maintaining the company’s policy library
• Producing clear compliance documentation
• Monitoring changes in AI regulation
• Explaining regulatory requirements to technical teams
• Helping shape how regulated organisations govern AI agents in practice

What we’re looking for:

• A background in regulatory compliance, legal, governance or risk management
• Good knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR or industry-specific regulation
• The ability to turn complex legal requirements into clear technical guidance
• Confidence working directly with enterprise stakeholders
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable operating independently within a fast-moving environment

Bonus:

• Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare or government would be particularly relevant.

This is a highly autonomous company without a traditional management structure. Decisions are distributed across the team, so the role will suit someone proactive who enjoys shaping their own area of responsibility.
