We are currently looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder Export / Import to strengthen our operations team. If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and have experience managing critical air freight shipments, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Freight Forwarder Export / Import, you will be responsible for coordinating international air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of both export and import operations. You will work closely with customers, airlines, overseas partners, and customs brokers to ensure time-critical shipments are delivered efficiently and accurately.

This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in critical logistics, where attention to detail, proactive communication, and operational excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international export and import air freight shipments.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and logistics partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Maintain close communication with customers, suppliers, and international agents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting strict deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding.
• Strong background in critical logistics, with a focus on air freight operations.
• Experience within the Semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences logistics will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
