Human Resources - Payroll Associate III

Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation details.
• Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees & clarify HR policies & procedures as needed.
• Prepare reports on payroll expenses and financial data.
• Work with accounting teams to ensure proper tax filings and contributions.
• Manage electronic payments and payroll software systems.
• Implements changes in response to legislation changes that impact payroll and time administration activities
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner and Managers as needed to oversee time-tracking process
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or local payroll systems).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information.
•  Focus on operational excellence and delivering on KPIs are also necessary
