Junior AI Engineer – LLMs, GenAI, Real-World Impact | Dutch-speaking | Leiden (NL)

We are a lean, international AI team in Leiden tackling AI challenges. From custom LLM pipelines to synthetic data engines, image-based search, knowledge graph and NL2Graph systems, we turn state-of-the-art AI into working products for real clients, across sectors.

Now, we want the smartest starter in the room - a builder, a doer, a learner - to join us.

What you’ll do:

• Build and deploy custom AI and Agentic solutions
• Fine-tune, optimize and integrate LLMs, CV models, and multimodal systems
• Tackle novel AI challenges with freedom to explore and experiment
• Work shoulder to shoulder with a tight-knit team of experienced engineers and founding team
• Work on latest GPU architectures and deploy your own models

What you bring:

• 1–2 years experience in AI/ML or applied data science
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• A brain wired for learning. You move fast, are not afraid to try new things and ask smart questions
• Fluent in Dutch 🇳🇱
• Already based in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
