Quality Control Specialist/ Hairstylist

For our client – an American Beauty Company - we are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Specialist / Product Processor (m/f/d), responsible for product quality assurance, professional handling of returns, and contributing to the improvement of quality processes and customer satisfaction.

Quality Management & Returns Processing

• Processing and inspection of incoming returns and ensuring product quality standards
• Repackaging of products and accessories
• Documentation of quality inspections and return processing in NetSuite
• Handling of individual special and repair orders

QualityControl & Product Inspection:

• Quality control of incoming and outgoing goods
• dsInspection of products for defects and deviations
• Handling and resolution of quality-related inquiries from customers and internal teams
• Support in defective goods returns in collaboration with Product Development and Purchasing

Repair & Product Management:

• Coordination and tracking of repair processes with the factory
• Inspection of repaired products upon return
• Support in maintaining and preparing showroom and display products

Operational Support & Collaboration:

• Close collaboration with internal departments and the US headquarters
• Support in optimizing quality and process standards
• Handling of quality inquiries via social media and other communication channels

Profile & Requiremnets:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in Quality Control and/or as a Hair Stylist
• Experience in Quality Control, product processing, or complaint management is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and independent working style with a strong quality mindset
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong organizational and time management skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in interacting with internal teams and customers
• Affinity for beauty, hair, or premium products is an advantage
• Very good command of English and Dutch
• Flexibility and occasional willingness to travel for training or customer meetings
• Enjoyment of a dynamic, international working environment with high personal responsibility
