A unique code is displayed on the mobile device. The unique code is associated with a user account or web service to be utilized with the mobile device. Instructions for a user to enter the unique code in an authentication process via an authentication portal of a management device are also displayed.

Abstract In this paper we examine the relationships between news comment topicality, temporality,... more Abstract In this paper we examine the relationships between news comment topicality, temporality, sentiment, and quality in a dataset of 54,540 news comments. Initial observations indicate that comment sentiments, both positive and negative, can be useful indicators of discourse quality, and that aggregate temporal patterns in positive sentiment exist on comment threads.

The predicted tag rule is generated based upon information received from a data source, and the tag rule, when executed, associates a tag name with a content object in response to the content object satisfying the tag rule. The apparatus also includes tag communication logic for communicating the tag rule to the peripheral device for storage in a memory located on the peripheral device.
