Pit omdelade detta
Six years at Klarna taught me a lot, but then Fredrik Hjelm's call taught me it was time to leave. When Fredrik Hjelm wanted Anton and me to join his new venture, I knew the time had come because I had a fantastic six-year run at Klarna and got experience across several levels of work from being an IC in a team to leading a team to driving delivery across several teams. Anton Öberg and I both climbed Klarna's ladder but with vastly different profiles, him leaning heavily towards architecture and me leaning heavily towards product engineering and delivery. Everyone who spent a few years in the areas I was in came away with an ingrained sense of urgency because there was never an idle moment. What drew me to Pit was working more directly on problems that companies would actually pay to solve because I had worked in shopping for quite some time, and shopping is in some ways a nice-to-have activity. With Pit, we can solve problems that would previously go unsolved, and when we do that it connects directly to revenue, and that is ultimately the proof that what you do is valuable.
