This year’s Water in Communications series offered a comprehensive look at what it takes to communicate water in ways that move people to act. Thank you to all the facilitators and participants who joined us. Your curiosity, expertise, and commitment made this series what it was. On Thursday, 6 August 2026, participants will gather again for the Global Showcase of Water Stories – an open session where communicators, journalists, and water conveners will present original stories developed using insights from the series. Selected stories will also be featured during World Water Week 2026 in Stockholm (23–27 August), bringing diverse water narratives to a global audience. Missed out?
