All sales of digital products are final once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. We do not issue refunds for completed purchases.
If you experience any issues receiving or downloading your product, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. A reminder email is sent 30 days before each renewal date with a direct link to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through your subscription management page, and no further charges will be made.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
