We are pleased to mark a new milestone with a longstanding customer at GLP Lingang Park, where a new built-to-suit warehouse and lease renewal have expanded operations from a single warehouse to a dual-warehouse footprint. The expansion also underscores the appeal of GLP Lingang Park as a strategic logistics hub in Shanghai, spanning approximately 830,000 sqm and home to a diverse ecosystem of leading automotive and 3PL companies. This latest expansion reflects more than a decade of partnership and collaboration. By continuing to align our operations with customers’ evolving needs, we help create the flexibility and capacity required to support their long-term growth. https://lnkd.in/ghJAhcdW

At the 2026 ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Shanghai, GLP Capital Partners’ Executive President Tim Wang delivered opening remarks in his capacity as Summit Programme Chair, before joining Ping An Real Estate's COO Alfreda Zeng on stage for a dialogue exploring the outlook for real estate investment and allocation.   Key themes from the conversation:  ✔️ Real estate remains a core allocation for long-term capital: With its long duration, stable cash flows and resilience to inflation, high-quality real estate continues to be a preferred asset class by institutional capital, with a focus on location and operational excellence. ✔️ Logistics is reaching an inflection point: As new supply moderates and demand stabilises, the logistics sector is entering a more disciplined recovery phase, with improving occupancy and early signs of rental recovery. ✔️ New investment pathways are emerging: The growth of REITs is enhancing liquidity and flexibility for capital deployment, while AI-driven demand is accelerating interest in digital infrastructure.   With nearly 600 industry leaders and global investors convening in Shanghai, the summit provided a valuable platform to share perspectives on emerging opportunities across Asia Pacific.   #UrbanLandInstitute #ULIAsiaPacificSummit2026 #Shanghai #RealEstate
