𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲? 🔍📈 That question sits behind many of the conversations happening across shipping right now. The industry has spent years exploring new technologies, running pilots, and testing new ways of working and while interest remains high, as adoption matures the discussion is changing. It's no longer enough to show what technology can do. The real question is what value it creates! 💭 As our MD Ingrid Kylstad told SplashTech: "The conversation can quickly become about cost lines instead of outcomes." That shift from costs to outcomes may be one of the most important changes taking place in maritime technology today. Whether the goal is reducing demurrage, improving vessel utilization, cutting fuel consumption, or making better commercial decisions, success is increasingly measured by results. Technology buyers want proof, not promises. In the article, Kylstad points to one customer that reduced demurrage from high double-digit levels to single digits after digitalizing its workflows over a two-year period. It's a reminder that meaningful returns rarely come overnight, but from systematically improving the way decisions are made. ⚙️ 🔗 Read more in the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eEnP6sW9 #Shipping #Technology #AI
