Under Han cultural influence, these burial practices demonstrated dual trajectories of cultural persistence and integration, manifesting as independent development, adaptation of Yi elements by Han culture, and eventual assimilation into Han mortuary systems. This study analyzes the evolutionary characteristics of stone-structured tombs, clarifying the progressive influence of Han culture: beginning with increased inclusion of Han-style grave goods, followed by adoption of Han construction materials, and culminating in structural fusion and modification. This transformation pattern corresponds with the Han dynasty's governance strategies in the southwestern frontier -evolving from trade interactions to political administration. The resulting cultural landscape displayed a distinctive spatial pattern, with Han commandery influences gradually diminishing outward from administrative centers, creating diverse yet unique cultural manifestations. Keywords: typological evolution; stone-structured tombs; dolmen tombs; southwestern Yi peoples; Han culture

In spite of the fact that tomb robbing was explicitly prohibited and condemned by the public opinion, both official and civil tomb robbing cases still failed to be prohibited. In the specific management process, the official robbers were at large, while the civil robbers were severely punished. Behind the abnormal phenomena in the execution results is the feudal ruling order in which the imperial power is completely above the law.
