We are delighted to announce positive Stage 1 results from our NOPA Phase 1b/2a study in patients with NCFB chronically infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Stage 1 achieved its key objectives, showing: • Excellent safety and tolerability • Exceptional treatment compliance • Marked reductions in Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial burden during treatment and maintained through one-month follow-up • Significant improvements in patient-reported respiratory symptoms and overall wellbeing These findings provide further clinical support for 30 Technology’s nitric oxide-generating platform and mark an important milestone in the development of RESP303 as a potential new treatment option for chronic respiratory infections. RESP303 is designed to deliver a local, multi-mechanistic antimicrobial effect directly where infection resides - including pathogens embedded in biofilms and difficult-to-treat organisms associated with chronic lung disease - while limiting systemic exposure. The results strengthen the rationale for advancing RESP303 into the next phase of development, including further evaluation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and non-tuberculous mycobacteria. This is an important step forward for RESP303, for our platform, and, most importantly, for patients who urgently need better options.
