⚽ England might have Ollie Watkins, but we’ve got Ollie from Mansfield. As one of our all-star Store Managers, Ollie gives Tuchel a run for his money when it comes to leadership, keeping his team motivated, efficient, and always on the ball. Ollie’s career with us has been a real success story. Starting out as an Assistant Store Manager, he worked his way through a number of stores before earning his promotion to Store Manager a few years later. Talk about climbing the league table! When asked for his advice to anyone starting out in retail, Ollie keeps it simple: “Work hard and the rewards will come.” Ollie is proof that in retail, just like football, dedication pays off. And who knows, maybe this time it really is coming home. 🏆🙌

We're bringing our Supermarket Sweep to England and Wales for the first time!🛒   For more than a decade, our Supermarket Sweep has helped raise over £60,000 for charity in Scotland. Now, we're bringing the much-loved fundraiser to England and Wales in support of our charity partner, Teenage Cancer Trust.   We're giving 10 lucky shoppers the chance to win a real-life five-minute trolley dash at their local Aldi store. Pride Month’s wrapping up and we’re still buzzing about our Head Office Pride Lunch & Learn. 🌈   We teamed up to learn more about LGBTQIA+ history, swap ideas on real-life allyship, and then enjoyed some friendly competition with a quiz!   We support our LGBTQIA+ colleagues every day - this month just gave us even more of a reason to learn, celebrate, and reflect on how we can keep improving.   Everyone different. Our Scotland Supermarket Sweep has returned! 🛒    Inspired by the iconic game show, the challenge arrived in Newton Stewart where competition winner Andrew Peden took on the five-minute trolley dash to raise money for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland 💛   The best bit? He also got to take home the same value in his Aldi faves AND we’ve pledged £10,000 in support of the charity 🙌   Way to go, Andrew! 👏
