Bicycle Therapeutics (NASDAQ: BCYC) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that is harnessing the power of bicyclic peptides and leveraging Nobel Prize-winning science to develop a new and differentiated class of medicines to treat cancer and other diseases. We were thrilled to attend the 'Radionuclide Theranostics for the Management of Cancer' Gordon Research Conference last week. Matthew Bell and Siva Genapathy presented two insightful posters on how our Bicycle® Radioconjugates (BRC®) effectively visualize MT1-MMP and EphA2 expressing tumors, with initial first-in-human imaging demonstrating rapid, high-contrast visualization across various cancer indications. These presentations underscored the Bicycle® platform's flexibility in delivering high-affinity, selective peptide binders for both diagnostic and potential therapeutic applications in precision oncology. Preclinical data highlighted high tumor uptake and rapid background clearance for BRCs. Notably, first-in-human imaging with ⁶⁸Ga-MT1-MMP BRC® visualized primary breast and bladder cancers, alongside metastases, while ⁶⁸Ga-EphA2 BRC® imaging clearly showed pancreatic tumor mass and its metastases in patients. #Radiopharmaceuticals #PrecisionOncology #CancerResearch #Theranostics #GordonResearchConference

We were honored to host Science, Innovation and Technology Secretary of State Liz Kendall, showcasing our pioneering oncology and radiopharmaceutical innovations. During her visit, we provided an update on our ambition of transform legacy nuclear material into targeted alpha therapies (Bicycle® Radioconjugates, or BRCs®) through a landmark partnership with the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory (UKNNL). This initiative leverages our Bicycle® platform to develop next-generation oncology treatments, contributing to the UK's leadership in precision medicine and advanced radiopharmaceuticals. Check out our new publication: "The Journey of Targeted Drug Conjugates in Solid Tumors: Moving Beyond Antibody Drug Conjugates". This important paper, published in Expert Opinion on Investigational Drugs, showcases the transformative potential of novel targeted therapies beyond antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), and highlights the safety and efficacy limitations of current ADCs. Our Bicycle® Drug Conjugate molecules, including nuzefatide pevedotin (EphA2) and zelenectide pevedotin (Nectin-4), are at the forefront, offering promising efficacy with a differentiated safety profile.
