C&T Matrix has appointed Richard Lashbrooke as Finance Director, effective from 1 July 2026. Richard joined C&T Matrix in September 2025 as Financial Controller and has been instrumental in leading the Group's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning. A CIMA-qualified accountant with almost 20 years' experience, he brings extensive financial and commercial expertise to the role. Commenting on his appointment, Richard said: "I look forward to building on the work already underway and continuing our journey towards a strong and successful future for C&T Matrix." Exciting News! Working with Sprint Finishing, we have completed our first UK installation of the ADEWO X1EPRO rule processor. C&T Matrix is proud to have partnered with Sprint Finishing to deliver the ADEWO X1EPRO installation, helping modernise and streamline their in-house forme-making operation. Sprint Finishing was looking to improve efficiency, increase flexibility and reduce lead times as production demands continued to grow. C&T provided consultation, installation, training and ongoing support to implement the ADEWO X1EPRO — an advanced rule processing system capable of producing cut, crease, perforating and stripping rule quickly and efficiently. The new system has already delivered significant benefits, including: ✅ Faster forme production ✅ Reduced machine downtime ✅ Greater production flexibility ✅ In-house perforating and cut-crease rule production ✅ Reduced reliance on third-party suppliers ✅ Improved responsiveness to customer requirements The ADEWO X1EPRO’s multi-coil system and ability to process multiple rule types have enabled Sprint to improve workflow efficiency while increasing output capacity. Sprint Finishing says the addition of the ADEWO X1EPRO has made a significant difference to its forme-making operation, enabling the company to produce more formes, more quickly, and with far greater flexibility.
