AI can write code extremely fast.  Engineering teams know how to deliver it well. In a way that’s safe, and built to last. That combination is what moves AI adoption past coding assistants and isolated experiments, to something that works across a whole delivery team. Introducing DEPT® Agent Studio: dept.ly/AgentStudio It gives every team one shared delivery system - a common set of agentic guided workflows, not a different version on every project. Specialism packs layer on knowledge for specific platforms, capabilities, or a client's own standards. Specialist AI agents handle defined work across the delivery lifecycle. Engineers and architects stay accountable for the decisions that matter. Quality controls are built into the workflow, not bolted on afterwards. Quality at speed - consistently, at scale. #growthinvention #madebydept

There’s AI slop. And, now, there’s ambassador slop. 81.8% of consumers say celebrity endorsements lack credibility. And yet brands are spending hundreds of millions on them. The result? An abundance of ads that leverage fame for the sake of fame. The thing is, celebrity advertising can work incredibly well. Done right, it’s the difference between the Serena Williams X Ro campaign and the now-infamous Kendall Jenner X Pepsi collab.  That’s why the fix isn't "less celebrity." It's better creative. Google I/O is where the future of tech gets announced. And everything behind those announcements has to be ready for the world stage. This year, Hello Monday / DEPT® partnered with multiple Google teams to help bring some of their biggest AI launches to life for innovators everywhere: → Google AI Studio: New pages showcasing cutting-edge models and capabilities. → Google for Developers: High-visibility updates to core landing and community pages. → Google Antigravity: Refreshed experiences to introduce new features to global audiences. Google I/O is always a high-stakes, high-visibility milestone. Proud of our team’s hustle to get these launches across the finish line for one of tech’s biggest moments! Congrats to everyone involved, especially to our partners at Google! #googleio #growthinvention #madebydept

When culture aligns, growth follows. Our CEO Dimi Albers was featured in the latest episode of the Agency Business podcast, where he shared how DEPT® was built around marketing and technology, and why the most effective model is one where different minds work as one. From culture and integration to the realities of scaling globally, this conversation is a reminder that real growth happens when capabilities are connected in ways clients can actually feel. Built for clients. Built for talent. Built for growth. Full interview: https://lnkd.in/ezc533Zv #growthinvention #madebydept

Your feed is likely packed with thoughts on how the Agentic Web will completely reshape the customer journey. But what does that ACTUALLY look like? And how soon will it happen? Spoiler alert: We could be one Gemini update away from a fully Agentic Web. And, by 2028, the customer journey will be recast in a new set of systems mediated by AI agents. To successfully adapt, brands must learn to understand AI as a second audience. Asking themselves how these agents think, search, consider, and act. And marketing their brand to them as much as to human audiences. In this week’s Decoded By DEPT®, Isabel Perry offers a definitive take on the emerging practice of B2A (Business-to-Agent) marketing and what it looks like in the context of a realistic 2028 customer journey. #b2a #agenticai #growthinvention #madebydept

We don't know how to say it better than that. The Webby Awards only gave Dimi Albers five words for his speech. Somehow, he didn’t need any more. Because, from AI-powered sign language platforms to Super Bowl campaigns, each of our awards this year started with a group of people who cared deeply about getting it right. 22 wins. 8 Webby Awards. 14 People's Voice Awards. One incredible team. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Growth Invention is truly a team sport. 🧡 #webbys #growthinvention #madebydept

Cool thing alert! This week, our own Sam Huston hosted “Your Next Wave of Growth with YouTube,” a session co-led with folks from Google and Ovative Group at #GoogleMarketingLive. When brands try to pack every data point they have about a consumer into a single ad, the result becomes a sea of sameness. Breaking through takes the opposite move: something less polished and less predictable. Together with Erik Dombrowski (Google) and Jesse Grittner (Ovative Group), Sam unpacked the new YouTube performance playbook: one that stops harvesting existing demand and starts creating it. Because the most sustainable growth comes from inventing your own playbook. #growthinvention #madebydept
