    In recognition of ALS Awareness Night at Oracle Park we welcomed Osiel Mendoza, a man living with ALS, who delivered the ceremonial "Play Ball" using voice restoration technology from #SFGiants partner ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs rebuilt Osiel's voice from his own archived recordings, voicemails, and speeches. He communicates through an eye-tracking device and iPad and tonight, in front of a full ballpark, he spoke in his own voice for the first time in years.

    We’re lucky to work with some of the world’s most ambitious companies, and many of them are based here in London. This week - London Tech Week - we decided to do something different and celebrate their incredible work on billboards around the city. Pictured below are some of the them: - Trainline which uses our agents to handle routine refund requests. - Cleo which uses ElevenLabs to give their sassy financial assistant a voice - Fresha which builds receptionist agents for wellness salons - Fyxer which uses Scribe to deliver context aware notes - Attio which uses Scribe to transcribe sales calls for CRM workflows This includes some of our most recent partnerships too - like the one with Trainline that we announced today. I am happy customer and use the app every time I travel to York (where my partner is from). Now if you have an issue with your booking or the trains, you will be able to call and get help immediately - no need to wait, regardless of the number customers impacted! And while these companies come from different industries - finance, energy, software, food - and serve broad array of consumers and businesses - they are all leading the frontier innovation.

We’re partnering with the UK Government to make it easier to access information and services online - especially for people who are visually impaired, struggle to read, or have difficulty navigating the internet. To support our work with UK businesses and public sector organizations, we’re also doubling the size of our UK team this year, and expanding into a new London HQ.     In the coming months, we will launch something quite special: a first-of-its-kind product that furthers our ambition to democratize access to the most transformational technology of our lifetime. For more than a century, the simple phone call has carried the most ordinary and the most important parts of our lives. And yet, for many years, the call itself has barely changed. At MWC, Deutsche Telekom and ElevenLabs introduced the next chapter: AI embedded directly into the phone call. Not as another app. Not as another device. But through the network itself, available in real time, inside the call, where people already are. A launch of this importance needed a film with the same care, weight, and humanity as the product behind it (Thank you Ulrich Klenke). In 1924, Albert Einstein travelled to Potsdamer Platz and entered the Vox-Haus, home of Funk-Stunde Berlin, Germany’s first radio station. There, one of humanity’s most profound ideas met a new medium: relativity, spoken into a microphone. A theory of time, carried by voice into homes across Germany. A hundred years later, Deutsche Telekom’s headquarters is in that same place. And from that place, we are working on the future of communication. In 1924, radio helped carry intelligence further than it had ever travelled before. In 2026, #AICalling will bring intelligence into the phone call itself: to translate, support, assist, and help people understand one another better, in real time, through the network.   • LOT Polish Airlines - Poland's flag carrier with a century-long legacy - is partnering with ElevenLabs to bring AI-powered voice agents to its customer service operations. LOT carried a record 11.7 million passengers in 2025 across over 100 destinations. As the airline takes on new long-haul routes and the largest fleet modernization in its history, it's investing in AI to deliver faster, more consistent passenger support. Through ElevenAgents, LOT will power inbound phone support - helping passengers with flight information, booking changes and ticket inquiries. Agents integrate directly with LOT's existing systems and hand over to human specialists with full context when needed. ElevenLabs was founded in 2022 by Piotr Dabkowski and Mati Staniszewski, both originally from Poland. This partnership with Poland's national airline is a meaningful one - two Polish-rooted organizations working together to define what modern customer service looks like worldwide.
