  • 🌞 As the weather heats up, so do the demands on your building. Air conditioning, ventilation and other critical systems all work harder during the summer months. A proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme helps keep everything running efficiently, reducing energy use, avoiding unexpected breakdowns and extending asset life. That's exactly what EndCheck is designed to help you do. Because smarter maintenance isn't just good practice... It's good business.   www.endcheck.co.uk #FacilitiesManagement #PPM #BuildingMaintenance #HVAC #EnergyEfficiency #EndCheck

Making Project Handovers Simpler, Faster and Less Stressful When a construction project is nearing completion, there's one task that often gets left until the last minute... handover documentation. Creating compliant Operating & Maintenance Manuals and assembling all the information needed for a successful handover isn't most people's favourite job. Yet when practical completion arrives, these Construction O&M Manuals become some of the most important documents on the entire project. This week, Karl Briers and our Documentation Supervisor, Stephen Kelly, met with a client in London to discuss how we can help make the process of producing O&M Manuals faster, simpler and far less time-consuming. By working closely with project teams, our specialist documentation team produces accurate, compliant Operating & Maintenance Manuals, alongside a complete suite of technical handover information, all delivered on time and ready when they're're needed. Whether clients require traditional documentation or Digital O&M Manuals, we provide a structured, consistent approach that makes information easier to access, manage and use long after the project has been completed. Rather than spending valuable time chasing certificates, formatting documents or checking compliance, project teams can stay focused on delivering the project while we take care of the documentation. At End Systems, we believe handover documentation shouldn't be the thing that keeps project teams awake at night. It should simply be organised, compliant and delivered professionally. If your next project could benefit from professionally produced Operating & Maintenance Manuals, Digital O&M Manuals, or a complete construction handover documentation service, we'd be happy to show you how our team can help. Last week at End Systems, we were pleased to have Oliver Sanderson from St Mary’s Sixth Form join us for work experience. After spending a week here, Oliver gained valuable insight across several departments within the main office, particularly in finance, estimating, and documentation. During his time with us, he got involved in a range of tasks and was supported throughout, from creating hard copies for customers to interpreting schematics in estimating and assisting with pricing projects. Oliver also embraced the workplace environment, working alongside another student and engaging with staff across the office. 🤝 It was great to see him settle in so well, contributing to the team and enjoying the friendly atmosphere 😊 We wish him all the best in his future studies and career! #WorkExperience #TeamEndSystems #StudentDevelopment #FutureTalent

  • This week we’ve had Charlie Norton from St Mary’s Sixth Form join us for work experience. Over the week, Charlie gained hands-on insight across Commercial, Document Control, Estimating, and Finance building a strong set of transferable skills and a real understanding of how different teams work together. From managing deliverables and learning about compliance, to interpreting schematics and seeing how wider economic factors impact business, it’s been great to see his knowledge grow each day. A highlight was sitting in on project meetings, giving a great big-picture view of how everything connects. Fun fact: some of the best moments came from team chats about the World Cup proving it’s not all just work! Great having you with us this week, Charlie all the best for the future. #WorkExperience #EarlyCareers #Learning #Teamwork

  • Temperatures Are Rising... Is Your Building Ready? With temperatures set to reach some of the highest levels of the year this week, many buildings will start to feel stuffy and uncomfortably hot. Often, the cause isn't major. Over time, heating and ventilation systems can be tweaked and adjusted until they're no longer performing as intended. Our specialist commissioning engineers can assess your system, identify the root causes, and provide a clear report on its current performance and capacity. From there, we can help rebalance and optimise your systems to restore comfort throughout the building. If your building isn't feeling quite right this summer, let's take a look. Get in touch with Karl Briers at Endsystems.
