Everlight Radiology was delighted to support a fantastic regional study day at the Drummond Education Centre, bringing together colleagues from James Paget University Hospital, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn (QEH). The event showcased a range of insightful presentations covering topics including managing Cauda Equina Syndrome, mobile X-ray services, and NOSIP Stroke protocols, with attendees sharing practical examples of innovation and service improvement from across the region. One of the highlights of the day was a panel discussion chaired by Helen Gray, Global Marketing Lead, exploring how Emergency Departments and Radiology can work more closely together to improve acute workflows. The panel featured: ● Sam Newton, QEH ● Seshni Mohammed, Imaging Services Manager, NNUH ● Anita Haylett, Diagnostic Imaging Service Manager, James Paget University Hospital The discussion focused on one of the biggest challenges facing imaging services today: balancing increasing demand with limited capacity. Panellists shared practical approaches to improving collaboration, including daily multidisciplinary huddles, greater visibility of patient pathways, real-time dashboards, dedicated CT coordinators, and stronger relationships between teams. A key takeaway was that while technology and process improvements play an important role, lasting improvements in patient flow depend on investing in workforce resilience, sharing best practice, and strengthening collaboration across organisations. The day concluded with a breathwork and wellbeing session, giving attendees an opportunity to reflect and recharge after a day of learning and discussion. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, presented and contributed to making the event such a success. By coming together to share ideas and experiences, we're helping to shape better imaging services and improve patient care across the region. #Radiology #Healthcare #MedicalImaging #PatientCare

Community diagnostic centres (CDCs) are revolutionising patient care by bringing scanning directly into the community, reducing hospital bottlenecks, and offering quicker access to diagnostic services. However, while investment in capital equipment and scanning staff expands, a major challenge remains: the acute shortage of radiologists to actually report on these scans. That is where Everlight Radiology steps in. We act as an expert extension of your team, leveraging our vast global network of radiologists to bridge this capacity gap and ensure CDCs can scale efficiently. By taking diagnostic reporting out of the hospital bottleneck, we help deliver more timely results for patients. Watch a snippet of our video with our UKI MEA CEO, Daniel Sourial, to explain how this partnership works. #HealthcareInnovation #CommunityDiagnostics #CDCs #RadiologyReporting #NHS #PatientCare #EverlightRadiology Find out how we can support CDCs effectively: https://lnkd.in/eNuJUQmw

It was a pleasure for our UKI CEO, Daniel Sourial, to visit our radiologist team in Pakistan and spend time connecting with colleagues across the region. During his visit, Daniel had the opportunity to meet with our Pakistan-based radiologists, visit several hospitals and gain valuable insight into the healthcare landscape, as well as the incredible work our teams are doing to support high-quality diagnostic services. The visit was also a fantastic opportunity to connect beyond the workplace, with colleagues coming together for social events and dinners to share experiences, strengthen relationships and celebrate the strength of our global radiology community. A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed Daniel and shared their time, expertise and experiences. It was inspiring to hear about the great work our radiologists are doing and the important role they play in delivering exceptional care every day. #EverlightRadiology #Radiology #Teleradiology #Healthcare #GlobalTeam
