Our 2025 #Sustainability Report is now live, spotlighting how we’re working with our customers in leveraging #IndustrialIntelligence to drive more efficient, resilient, and sustainable operations - for a positive impact on industry, people and planet. In 2025, our technology helped customers save and avoid more than 35 million tCO2e. Together we turned innovation into action by advancing six employee hackathon ideas into production to tackle real-world industrial sustainability challenges. We also took important steps in our own journey, including a 95% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2019 base year, our first major purchase of sustainable aviation fuel certificates five years ahead of schedule, and continued our commitment in building an inclusive culture through the publication of our first global inclusion report. These outcomes reflect a shared commitment with our customers and partners: using data, AI, and industrial insight to steward the world’s resources more responsibly. As AI changes how people find information, reporting needs to be designed for discovery as well as disclosure 🔎   Today's stakeholders often want quick access to the key takeaways, while investors and regulators need the supporting detail behind them. Effective reporting needs to serve both audiences.   That was the thinking behind our work with GID, a leading US-based real estate investor, operator and developer. Together, we created a digital-first reporting experience that makes key responsible investments messages easier to find, understand and explore, while retaining access to the detailed information that underpins them.   At the heart of the project is a responsive microsite featuring: ▪️ A dashboard of highlights and performance data ▪️ Clear navigation across four strategic pillar areas ▪️ A visually engaging way to explore key achievements and initiatives ▪️ Direct access to more detailed reporting and disclosures for those who want to dive deeper   Alongside the microsite, we produced a comprehensive Responsible Investments Report and fund-specific investor materials, creating a reporting suite that serves different audiences and information needs.   Read the case study to find out more (link in the comments 👇)

High impact reporting looks different than most people think 👀 It’s not more pages. It’s clearer, faster answers for global stakeholders and helping them get to the point, quickly.   Most people aren’t reading reports front to back. They're scanning for what matters: what's material, how risks are being handled, where progress is (or isn’t) happening.   That's where reporting either works or falls short.   Not in how much you include, but in how easily someone can find what they need, understand it and move on.   Can they see the story without working for it?   For many organisations, particularly in Japan, the depth is already there. The shift is in how that information is surfaced and navigated for a global audience.   That’s exactly what Victoria Taylor explored in her Sustainable Brands Tokyo plenary session. We’ve pulled out a few of the key ideas (including a short clip) in our recent article.   👇 Link in comments #SBTokyo #SustainabilityReporting #IntegratedReporting

Design and disclosure don’t have to be a trade-off ⚖️ Bringing together strong design and audit‑ready processes has often been a balancing act for reporting teams. But there’s a better way. We’ve just published a new article (linked in the comments) from Flag’s data management and reporting technology director Jared Abramowitz, exploring how organisations are using Workiva for in‑platform designed reporting and production: bringing creative design and structured reporting together in one environment, without compromising either. It covers: ▪️ How designed reporting works in #Workiva ▪️ How in‑platform production improves control and consistency ▪️ Why building reports in‑platform supports efficiencies across future reporting cycles With Workiva Accelerate London in full swing today, our team is looking forward to exploring how the platform is evolving and sharing how we approach it across implementation, report drafting and in‑platform designed reporting and production. Let us know if you’re attending 👋 If you’re thinking about in‑platform designed reporting and production in Workiva or want a practical view of how this works day-to-day, feel free to get in touch. #WorkivaAccelerate #CorporateReporting #SustainabilityReporting  #IntegratedReporting

There’s something quietly significant happening in sustainability reporting right now. Not just in what companies are saying, but in how they’re choosing to say it. The shift from “impact” to “progress” might look like semantics on the surface. But as Carolina Milanesi pointed out in her recent piece on HP’s latest report, it signals something deeper: a willingness to be measured against a trajectory, not just an intention. Here's the link to the full article: https://lnkd.in/eEp_kGRU What stood out to me most in this latest report isn’t any single datapoint. It’s the way sustainability is being embedded into the business itself, into products, customer tools and commercial models, rather than sitting alongside them as a separate narrative. That shows up in tangible ways: ▪️making product-level data usable for customers ▪️designing systems that extend product life and reduce unnecessary replacement ▪️building programmes that make sustainability commercially relevant in the channel None of this is about storytelling in isolation. It’s about building the infrastructure that makes sustainability OPERATIONAL. The team at Flag had the privilege of supporting the reporting behind this work and what I’m proudest of isn’t the document itself, it’s the collaboration behind it. The willingness to interrogate what progress really means, where targets have been met (and where they haven’t) and how to make that transparent. That’s not always the easy route. But it’s the direction the industry is moving. And if there’s one takeaway for me, it’s this: the companies that are making sustainability durable are the ones building it into the system, not just the story. Curious how others are seeing this shift play out in their own reporting cycles. Congratulations Jen Huffstetler Jason Kennedy Arnau Bayarri NogueraJuliana NakaoCarles Lorente Gras and to the entire HP team for all of your incredible work!

Rethinking the digital experience with GID 💻   We recently worked with GID, a leading US-based real estate investor, operator and developer, to rethink how they communicate their responsible investments story. The aim was to make their approach and achievements more accessible and engaging, without losing substance.   To do this, we developed a multi-channel suite designed to work for different audiences: ▪️ A visually engaging microsite that brings key highlights and performance to life ▪️ A comprehensive Responsible Investments Report for depth and transparency ▪️ Supporting investor materials tailored to individual funds   Together, we created a clearer, more accessible way to tell a complex story, without losing depth or rigour.
