Your outbound team is burning cash. Not on wasted ad spend or bad hires, but on emails that never hit an inbox. Every 'sent' email that lands in spam is a direct hit to your pipeline targets. It's a silent killer of ROI. In 2025, B2B SaaS CAC reached $850, making every lost opportunity sting harder. The problem is not your message or your sales talent. It's the invisible layer beneath it all: your deliverability infrastructure. Many growth leaders still operate with an outdated mental model for outbound email. They see deliverability as a one-time fix, a checkbox, or a magical 'warm-up' process. This perspective costs them millions in missed pipeline and shattered growth projections. Deliverability is a foundational layer of your modern outbound stack. It demands continuous management and strategic oversight. Learn how in our latest post: https://lnkd.in/eiSjqsMR

If you respect your prospects, they’re more likely to respect you.
When you send out emails to prospects, are you adding value? We sat down with Omada.AI co-founder and Head of GTM Andrew Miller (Mounier) to talk about what channels are working for venture backed B2B SaaS firms in 2026 and why he's bullish on email, but with caveats... Sometimes we can get so caught up in how many emails we have to send or what copy we want to test that we forget what the point is. You're supposed to be adding value. One thing we're always trying to reinforce at Folderly is that deliverability is not just a technical thing. It's downstream from who you're contacting and what you're sending them. If you write great personal emails that show an understanding of your prospects' needs, then your prospect will treat that email in a way that emits countless positive signals. They'll open it, reply to it, star it, copy other people in. Etc etc. But more important than all that - you'll build relationships and they'll buy from you. And each party wins. That was the whole point, wasn't it?

Everyone wants to use AI - but what if you're in a tightly regulated space? At Folderly, we work with some of our users who are pulling huge amounts of customer or prospect information into AI to craft and direct emails. But other clients need to be a lot more careful. Clients in Fintech face real regulatory guardrails around how they can leverage and share customer data. This can mean these firms really need to *build* with AI rather than just use it. Specialists at Fintechs are architecting systems that keep their data in closed loops, safe and secure, while still being able to leverage the benefits of AI. Folderly plugs into Fintechs like these as a secure infrastructure layer to make sure their deliverability is high and their reputation is protected. Being compliant with SOC2 & ISO 27001, along with providing a dedicated deliverability specialist, makes Folderly a trusted partner for US and EU Fintechs. Building with AI looks different across industries, but we're here to help.

Poeple often ask us: How long does it take to fix email deliverability for B2B SaaS? As part of our recent report on this topic, we assessed our customers and their experiences. How long it takes depends on the severity of the damage. Most B2B SaaS won’t find themselves hitting spam by default - they don’t normally use tactics that get them punished that badly. But it is normal for B2B SaaS firms to find their deliverability drop to 75% or 60%, with under 50% not uncommon. Fortunately, recovery is possible - and that’s where Folderly comes in. Most B2B SaaS firms won’t have done long term damage and full recovery is achievable. The typical timeline is 6-8 weeks, but it can be even faster. Even teams who came to us with only 20% of their emails hitting the inbox saw full recovery. On July 1st we're launching Folderly Lens on Product Hunt and showing some of the wildest things we've found while auditing sending domains. After reviewing thousands of domains, I can confidently say: some companies spend more time choosing a CRM than setting up the infrastructure that actually delivers their emails 😬 Gosh, I'm so proud of my team and sooo happy for our customers 💪

We sat down with Andrew Miller of Omada.AI to figure out what are the best sales channels for Series A B2B SaaS firms right now. AI has already changed how teams grow and how to approach different channels. But what has changed for the better? What new problems do we need to avoid? What hot new thing is just hype? Or, even, has anything really changed at all? Adam Harrison-Henshall chats with Andrew Miller to find out. Check out the full episode on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/eM-EwtKB
