Our study published in European Radiology demonstrated that combining PSA density, PI‑RADS and the AI score significantly improves diagnostic accuracy and reduces unnecessary biopsies. The takeaway is clear: clinicians should not have to assemble this integrated approach themselves. The Integrated Risk Score was created for that reason. It gives a single patient‑level estimate of the likelihood of clinically significant prostate cancer, expressed on a 10–100 scale with clear categories: low, intermediate, high, very high risk. It looks simple, but it represents a shift from separate indicators to a unified assessment grounded in published evidence. 📍Strengthening collaboration in Taiwan to advance prostate cancer care In June, we reached a key milestone by working with healthcare stakeholders in Taiwan to advance early detection and improve the prostate cancer care pathway. Our symposium, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘋𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, brought together leaders from Taiwan and abroad to explore how AI‑enabled pathways can support nationwide screening, optimise workflows in radiology and urology, and improve patient outcomes. We were honoured to have Prof. Anwar Padhani and Mr. Mohamed Noureldin who joined us online as speakers and shared invaluable international perspectives. We also thank Prof. Jacob See‑Tong Pang for his important contribution and guidance during the program. Alongside the symposium, our team carried out a focused roadshow across Taiwanese hospitals, listening to clinicians and gaining insights into the practical needs shaping prostate cancer care today. A special recognition goes to our partners at Top Geal, whose collaboration has been central to this initiative and to building momentum for future projects. A warm welcome to Dominik S., who joins us as a Key Account Manager for the DACH region!   With more than two decades of experience in imaging and healthcare IT, Dominik has led major projects, built strong partnerships, and driven results across Europe. At Lucida Medical, he will focus on strengthening our presence across DACH, supporting our partners, and deepening our collaboration with hospitals and clinical teams. ‼️If you wanna attend the most feel good party this season, this is it‼️ One of the things I enjoy most about events like this is seeing competitors, partners, clinicians, academics, and industry colleagues come together around a shared purpose. Healthcare’s biggest challenges are rarely solved by a single organisation. They are solved when different perspectives, expertise, and experiences come together in the same room. That’s why I was particularly pleased to see Fujifilm Healthcare UK ,Harrison.ai , Lucida Medical and Barco collaborating on this social event. Not because of the drinks, but because meaningful conversations often happen away from the conference stage. Innovation may start with technology, but transformation happens through relationships.
