Ant lead talent at GoCardless and Tractable before starting his own business, Paradigm Talent. In that time he's been at the forefront of hiring some of the world's leading technologists for many of the most exciting companies across the world and has built an exceptional business and team. As a TA professional, you’ll rarely hear me talk about the $/£ value of the placements or hires we make. I care very little about that. What matters to me are the partnerships and relationships I build along the way.
