In memory of Steven Peacock, and to raise funds for Rossendale Hospice, friends of Tricketts are taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours. Ste was a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and truly one of a kind. He meant so much to so many people and will never be forgotten. We are proud supporters of Rossendale Hospice. The work they do is invaluable, and during Ste’s final weeks they provided outstanding care and support, allowing him to remain at home with his family surrounded by love. A really enjoyable visit to London for Citynet Insurance Brokers Meet the Market event and fascinating tour of Lloyd’s of London. It was great to learn more about Citynet, explore the history of #Lloyd’s, and meet fellow brokers on the tour. Thanks to Claudya, Richard, Neil, Josh and Marcus for hosting. 🌟 Making a Difference in Rossendale! 🌟 We’re thrilled to support VISION, a fantastic charity helping young people stay safe, happy, and resilient. Thanks to our £250 donation, along with the support of others, VISION was able to reach 2,944 children and teenagers (aged 7-18) in 10 local schools this year! Some highlights from 2025: ✅ 1,695 pupils aged 7-18 benefited from HEART + MIND lessons, gaining confidence to identify online dangers and respond safely. 📱 Did you know? Over 60% of 8-year-olds have their own phone, with some already on TikTok or Snapchat. ⚠️ Around 75% of 8-year-olds admitted to bypassing age checks online—showing just how important these lessons are. 💬 Teacher feedback says it all: "Very interactive session. Pupils were so well engaged and messages of staying safe were put across to children in a great way. Thank you!" – A. Lorgat, Waterfoot Primary School "The children learned practical tips to protect themselves while navigating the digital world." – L.
