One week in, and our dedicated Customer Service Team are settling nicely into their new team structure. Following last week's official reopening, the team are now fully operational and putting our new structure to work. This is all geared towards a better, more responsive experience for our customers and a brighter, more connected space for the Trinity team, who have already given us brilliant feedback on the new set-up. A big thank you to everyone who made the launch a success, and to Michael Anderton and the PTSG Fire Division for joining us to mark the moment. This is just the start. Stronger Together. #FireSafety #CustomerService #Trinity #PTSG

From apprentice to works manager... When Max Harris joined Trinity in May 2017, he was a 21-year-old apprentice with a young family. Nine years on, he's our Works Manager for the South Coast, leading a team of four engineers and overseeing the very hospital where he once worked as a porter. It's a story of hard graft, taking a risk at the right moment, and the people at Trinity who backed him along the way. As Max puts it: "I was an apprentice, and now I'm a works manager." 🙏 Read his journey here: https://lnkd.in/eJwqEi_E #Careers #Apprenticeships #FireAndSecurity #PTSG

Great to see our teams actively engaging in No Falls Week. 👍 Andy Moir (right) Trinity Fire National Installation Director, visited Brian (left) one of our fire engineers at a site in Chester. Catching up over a coffee, they covered working at height and other EHS topics. Collaboration and open conversations like this, especially around working at height, are key to keeping everyone safe. #NoFallsWeek #WorkingAtHeight #Safety

Number one installer of Honeywell Self-Test projects in 2025. 👏 Craig Mitchell accepted the award on behalf of the Trinity Fire & Security Systems team, and it's a brilliant recognition of where the business has positioned itself: at the forefront of one of the biggest shifts in fire safety compliance we've seen in years. What makes this one feel particularly good is what sits behind it: hospitals, schools, data centres and complex estates across the country now testing fire detectors that were previously almost impossible to reach safely. That's the real win. Thank you to Honeywell, and to the customers driving this change with us.
We're proud to have been recognised by Honeywell Fire as their number one installer of Self-Test projects in 2025. Craig Mitchell accepted the award on behalf of the Trinity Fire & Security Systems team - a proud moment for a business that has been at the forefront of one of the most significant advances in fire safety compliance in recent years. ↳ So what makes Self-Test such a step change? Almost every building in the UK has spaces where routine detector testing is difficult or impossible. Ceiling voids. Lift shafts. Dementia-secure units. High-dependency clinical areas. Traditional testing methods stop at the door. Self-Test doesn't. Powered by Honeywell Fire technology, engineers can trigger full functional smoke and heat tests remotely via a mobile app - no ladders, no ceiling access, no out-of-hours visits, no fire watch required. ↳ The result: true 100% detector testing across an entire building, regardless of access constraints. For facilities managers, that means stronger compliance, less disruption and complete confidence in their fire safety systems. "The buildings that present the greatest testing challenges are often the ones where fire detection matters most. Self-Test removes that barrier entirely - every detector, in every location, can be functionally tested and fully documented without disruption to the building or the people in it," explains Michael Anderton, Managing Director, PTSG Fire Solutions. This award caps a broader milestone too - last year, Honeywell Fire presented Trinity with a 25 Year Partnership Award, recognising two and a half decades of collaboration across fire detection and security projects nationwide. How many detectors across your estate aren’t being tested because access is too difficult or too disruptive? Even one untested device increases risk. The S‑Quad Self‑Test from Honeywell eliminates that risk completely: 🔥 Reach secure or restricted areas without entering them 🔥 Test detectors in awkward or high‑level locations safely 🔥 Trigger and verify tests remotely 🔥 Ensure nothing is missed Get in touch with the team at Trinity... #firesafety #firecompliance #selftest
