Prince K . Ogwo

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, awarded in July 2023. My undergraduate training equipped me with a strong foundation in urban and regional planning, environmental management, geospatial analysis, and sustainability, deepening my interest in the complex interactions between human societies and urban spaces.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Transportation Geography at the same institution. My research focuses on urban mobility, spatial planning, and sustainable transport systems in rapidly urbanising African cities. I am particularly interested in how transport infrastructure and policy can be designed to promote inclusive, efficient, and environmentally sustainable mobility — especially in contexts like Nigeria and other Sub-Saharan African countries facing rapid population growth and infrastructural deficits.

Through my postgraduate studies, I seek to contribute critical insights that bridge theory and practice in addressing the mobility challenges of 21st-century African cities.
