Another #NYTechWeek in the books. AI was part of nearly every conversation this week, but what stood out most was the focus on what comes next. How companies adapt to change. How leaders navigate uncertainty. How organizations create the conditions for teams to do their best work. Throughout the week, we had the opportunity to reconnect with clients and partners, meet founders and investors, and exchange perspectives with technology leaders from across the ecosystem. One thing became clear: while the pace of innovation continues to accelerate, success is still driven by strong teams, thoughtful leadership, and meaningful connections. A great week of conversations, perspectives, and connections.

We opened our doors this week as part of #Techyxeldia An initiative by Cuti - Cámara Uruguaya de Tecnologías de la Información that connects young women with the tech industry through real, first-hand experience. For over three years, Thaloz has been part of “Techy por el día” an initiative from Cuti - Chamber of Uruguayan IT Companies where young women spend a day inside tech companies. We’ve seen that one day of exposure can ignite a career. By opening our doors, we help create the diverse talent pipeline that will shape the tech landscape.
