Opacity 1.0 aids artists in icon design

Like Thought has developed a new application called Opacity that is targeted to graphic artists that make images for icons, desktop applications and the Web.

The company says Opacity has traditional graphical features like vectors, layers and filters, and also includes variables, templates and factories. Opacity’s vector support includes paths, gradients, lines, text and its pixels tools include pencil, eraser and fill.

Opacity requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and is a Universal Binary for PowerPC and Intel Macs. Opacity costs $89.
